CALL FOR PAPERS
Special Session on AGENT METHODOLOGIES FOR INTELLIGENT ROBOTICS APPLICATIONS – AMIRA
http://paams.net/special-sessions/amira
@PAAMS 2016
14th International Conference on Practical Applications of Agents and Multiagent Systems
University of Sevilla (Spain)
1st-3rd June, 2016
=====================================================================================

Nowadays, robotics represents a field with a rapidly growing impact on a broad range of industrial and end users market sectors, including healthcare, agriculture, civil, commercial or consumer sectors, logistics and transport. Nevertheless, its potential could be fully exploited only when robots have additional abilities such as configurability, adaptability, interaction capability, dependability, decisional autonomy and cognitive capability. In this context, agents and multi-agents methodologies may play a crucial role. The aim of the AMIRA Special Session is to provide a forum for experts in robotics and multi-agent systems to discuss the possible synergies between these research areas to open new perspectives for the development of robotics systems and applications.

IMPORTANT DATES:
- Paper submission deadline: 18th January 2016
- Acceptance notification: 22th February, 2016
- Final version submission: 7th March, 2016
- Conference dates: 1rd - 3th June, 2016

SUBMISSION:
PAAMS special sessions welcome the submission of original, relevant and previously unpublished sound research results related to any of the topics of the conference.
