The 5th Joint International Semantic Technology (JIST2015, Nov 11-13 2015) Conference will open at Yichang Guomao Hotel, Hubei, China. It is run with the sister conferences such as International Semantic Web Conference (ISWC) and European Semantic Web Conference (ESWC) and it has been established to foster research and development of the Semantic Web and its related technology. We have invited Prof. Frank van Harmelen at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Dr. Ming Zhou at Microsoft Research Asia, Hong-Gee Kim at Seoul National University and Dr. Jizhou Huang from Baidu to present keynote reports at this conference.  An industrial forum, tutorials and semantic web & knowledge graph challenge will be held during JIST2015.

Gerard de Melo at Tsinghua, Estevam Rafael Hruschka Junior at Federal University of Sao Carlos, Qinghai Wu at COFCO Corporation, Yanjun Ma from Baidu will present keynotes at KG2015.

3. Three Gorges Dam. It is the world's largest power station in terms of installed capacity (22,500 MW)
4. Hometown of Qu Yuan (about 340-278B.C.): One of most famous poets in China, people in modern times has honored him as world cultural celebrities.
5. Hometown of Wang Zhaojun: She was known as one of the Four Beauties of ancient China.
