The Program Committees of the 2015 IEEE/WIC/ACM International Joint
Conference on Web Intelligence and Intelligent Agent Technology
(WI-IAT 2015) invite proposals for special sessions. The special sessions
will be held within the Conference, December 6-9, 2015 in Singapore.
The main goal of the WI-IAT 20153 special sessions is to feature papers
covering specific topics of interests and will be organized by prominent
researchers. Special sessions will form part of the main conference program.

The papers submitted to special sessions will be reviewed under the
same criteria of regular submissions. Each paper will be allocated a
maximum of 8 pages and all papers accepted for special sessions
will be included in the Conference Proceedings published by the
IEEE Computer Society Press that is indexed by EI.

The special session organizers will be responsible for advertising the
special sessions, soliciting papers, suggesting researchers who will
be invited to join the main WI-IAT program for reviewing and recommending
papers, and guaranteeing a high quality special sessions at the conference.

The special session organizers will also have the discretion of editing
selected papers (after their expansion and revision) into books or
special journal issues. A special session should have papers covering
at least one full conference session. Failing which, the special session
may be merged into other regular conference session(s). A conference session
should cover about four regular papers. Special session organizers
are also encouraged to find sponsorship to support additional invited
speakers as there is currently no separate budget provision for
special session invited speakers. We expect the special session organizers
to chair their special sessions during the conference, and actively engage
the audience and help them gain a deeper understanding of the relevant
topics.
