The purpose of the 4th International Conference on Smart Cities and Green
ICT Systems (SMARTGREENS) is to bring together researchers, designers,
developers and practitioners interested in the advances and applications in
the field of Smart Grids, Green Information and Communication Technologies,
Sustainability, Energy Aware Systems and Technologies.

PUBLICATIONS

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, under
an ISBN reference, on paper and on CD-ROM support.

All papers presented at the conference venue will be available at the
SCITEPRESS Digital Library.
