A multi-disciplinary workshop on Lies and Deception will be held at Imperial College London on the morning of Thursday 18 September 2014. 

This half-day workshop aims to explore lies and deception across several different research and policy domains, with the aim of sharing experiences, and raising interesting questions and distinctions for further exploration.  The workshop will comprise several informal talks, from people in different academic and policy disciplines, presenting case studies and experiences, with time for discussion and reflection.  The invited speakers include a theatre director, and academic or public policy experts from the domains of nuclear security, politics, health economics, and Internet security.
