ICSOC conferences are a prime forum for academics and industry researchers and developers to report and share ground breaking work in service oriented computing.  The conferences provide cross-community scientific excellence by the gathering of experts from various disciplines, such as business process management, distributed systems, computer networks, wireless & mobile computing, grid computing, networking, service science, management science, and software engineering.  The 2013 ICSOC edition continues to serve the research communities and features technical results on new or open research problems with significant impact on the field of service-oriented computing.
ICSOC 2013 conference attracted more than 206 research paper submissions, out of which 26 full and 26 short research papers were selected with an acceptance rate of 13% for full papers, and an additional 13% for short papers.  Furthermore, the conference also contains 4 industrial papers (6 full papers and 1 short paper) selected from 15 industry paper submissions.
The conference program also features 2 outstanding keynotes, two invited tutorials, a panel, 8 system demonstrations, a PhD symposium, as well as a collection of workshops.
