Masdar Institute of Science & Technology, a post-graduate research
institute affiliated with MIT, is accepting applications for multiple,
PhD scholarships starting Fall 2013. The positions are fully funded,
and come with stipend and free accommodation.The Computing &
Information Science (CIS) program (http://cis.masdar.ac.ae) is quickly
becoming a research hub in Artificial Intelligence, mulit-agent
systems, machine learning and distributed systems.

The institute is located in Masdar City
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masdar_City), which is being built to
rely entirely on solar energy and other renewable energy sources, with
a sustainable, zero-carbon, zero-waste ecology.
