Papers should
be written in English, with at most 16 pages, and submitted in PDF format,
following the Springer LNCS style

PROCEEDINGS

The papers accepted for the workshop will be published
in the Workshop Proceedings CD Room with ISSN. 

BEST PAPERS

Extended
versions of the two best papers presented at the workshop, selected by the
Program Committee, will be invited to be submitted for the JBCS - Journal
of the Brazilian Computer Society

POST-PROCEEDINGS

Post-proceedings will be published by IEEE, with papers
related to the invited talks and panel, and new versions of the technical
