[agents] FIPA chair

Dear Massimo and all,
Well, to a certain way, I agree with you, we need somebody that has
devotion on FIPA and agrees to spend a lot of time organizing and put
pressure on people to see work progress-do we speak about a lot of
persons?. Now, the different criteria you propose on the future chair
seem to be unrealistic, we are not a big community with plenty of
academic teams and several companies ready to participate actively. My
crude feeling is: let's see who will candidate as chair and decide after
that by a vote: if we vote for this person, we "offer" him the duties
(and I am sure this is not the kind of gift everybody dreams of), if no
candidate or no majority on a candidate, maybe this will be time to
think about FIPA
