[agents] AEGS-11 - Deadline Extended to Friday February 5th

Following many requests, and to bring our deadline in line with most other workshops,
the submission deadline has been extended to Friday 5th February.
I hope that this will give many of you sufficient time to submit your papers.

An updated call for proposals is attached and the workshop web site has been updated.
