The research track papers were selected from 505 submissions received
from over 46 countries and regions, out of which 88 were accepted as
regular papers and 107 papers were accepted as short papers. 103 workshop 
papers were accepted for presentation from 282 workshop submissions. 

All main conference and workshop proceedings will be published in the
conference proceedings by the IEEE Computer Society Press, indexed by EI.

Regular registration covers all the events of WI-IAT'10 during the
four conference days including keynotes, accepted paper presentations, 
and workshops, as well as includes proceedings for one of the conferences 
or its associated workshops.

As usual, WI'10 and IAT'10 will be co-located, providing synergism among 
Web Intelligence and Intelligent Agent Technology. The two conferences 
will have a joint opening, invited talks, reception, and banquet. Attendees 
only need to register for one conference and can attend workshops, sessions, 
invited talks, and panels across the two conferences.
