*Call for Papers*:

This conference aims to explore the state of the art of game-theoretic
models in the study of communication and language.  The importance of the
interplay between participants in modeling the dynamics of communication has
long been appreciated.  Only recently, however, have the specific models of
game theory been applied to this problem.  Recent developments in fields as
diverse as evolutionary biology and multi-agent systems have shed new light
on both the sophistication of game-theoretic models and the breadth of
phenomena they can address.  The goal of this conference is to consolidate
perspectives and encourage communication on this topic across disciplinary
lines.  As such, both "communication" and "game-theoretic model" should be
construed as broadly as possible; researchers in any field actively pursuing
this endeavor are encouraged to apply.

Interested parties should submit a 1 - 2 page abstract summarizing material
suitable for a 30 - 40 minute talk.
