WebTel 2009 is a federated event focusing on advances topics concerning the areas of telecommunications, Internet and Web services, and network and system protection. WebTel 2010 continues the tradition of well-established conferences, AICT (telecommunications), ICIW (Internet and Web Services), and measurements and protection of networks and systems (ICIMP). Special areas are dedicated to teletraffic, learning, autonomic systems, cognitive radio, legal and online aspects, P2P, entertainment and service computing. 

Submission (full paper) deadline: December 10, 2009.

Submissions must be electronically done using the “Submit a Paper” button on the entry page of each conference.

Unpublished high quality contributions in terms of Regular papers and Posters or Work in Progress are welcome. Workshop proposals and Panel proposals on challenging topics are encouraged.
