The special issue is an "open" special issue so MAS&S'09 papers will be
fully reviewed again and other papers not coming from MAS&S'09 will be
welcome and reviewed too.
However, for the MAS&S'09 authors, please use the feedback and comments
from MAS&S'09 reviewers and MAS&S'09 workshop to revise/improve your  
paper.
