[agents] AAMAS facebook group

There is now a facebook group for those interested in the
AAMAS conference:

It's an open group, so anybody registered with FaceBook can join.

The idea is to use the group to post developments with
the conference and with IFAAMAS, the foundation that organises
AAMAS (www.ifaamas.org).
