The research track papers were selected from 587 submissions received
from over 50 countries and regions, out of which 98 were accepted as
regular papers and 122 papers were accepted as short papers.
All main conference and workshop proceedings will be published in the
conference proceedings by the IEEE Computer Society Press, indexed by EI.

Regular registration covers all the events of WI-IAT'09 during the
four conference days including keynotes, tutorials, accepted paper
presentations, and workshops, as well as includes proceedings,
coffee breaks and two lunches, conference reception and banquet.
As usual, WI'09 and IAT'09 will be co-located, providing synergism
among Web Intelligence and Intelligent Agent Technology. The two
conferences will have a joint opening, invited talks, reception, and
banquet. Attendees only need to register for one conference and can
attend workshops, sessions, invited talks, and tutorials across the
two conferences.
