[agents] Two new FIPA working groups

Hi all,

Two new working groups have been started. See:

    * Application Specifications Working Group (AS WG)
    * Design Process Documentation and Fragmentation (DPDF WG)

Over the next week or two, IEEE will be issuing email addresses for these
groups.  When these email addresses are established, I will send you the
details on how to join.


Also, don¹t forget that there is a IEEE FIPA meeting at AAMAS 2009.   It is
scheduled for 13 May 2009, 16:00-17:00 and is open to all (membership not
required to attend).
