[agents] OMG Agent Metamodel and Profile RFP - almost last draft

Hi all,

A request for proposal (RFP) is being drafted for the first (of many)
agent-related RFPs from the OMG.  A draft of the first proposed RFP is
posted at http://agent.omg.org/AMP_RFP-08-08-08.doc

Last call!  This RFP will be sent to the OMG in two weeks.  If you have any
recommended changes to this, please submit them by 20 August 2008.   By next
year at this time, we should start seeing the submissions for an OMG
standard for an Agent Metamodel and Profile.
