FINAL CALL FOR PAPERS

KI 2008 is the 31st edition of the German Conference on Artificial
Intelligence, which traditionally brings together academic and
industrial researchers from all areas of AI. The technical programme
of KI 2008 will comprise paper and poster presentations and a
variety of workshops and tutorials.

The conference invites original research papers from all areas of AI,
its fundamentals, its history and its applications. Papers emphasizing
the relation between AI and Cognitive Science are particularly welcome.
Areas of interest include, but are not limited to


* Knowledge Acquisition, Representation, Reasoning and Ontologies, Deduction

* Natural Language Processing, Statistical NLP, Semantics

Submission Guidelines

Submitted papers, which have to be in English, must not exceed 8 pages
in Springer LNCS style. Conference submission is electronic, in pdf or
postscript format. The conference proceedings will be published in the
Springer Lecture Notes in AI (LNAI) series. At least one author per
accepted paper must register for the conference and present the
contribution. Further details concerning paper submission are
